From the classics of the Golden Age of Hollywood to the modern trends of the culinary scene in Downtown today, we have designed our food and beverage programs to mirror the surrounding neighborhoods. Our city and neighborhoods are truly a melting pot and represent one of the most dynamic culinary scenes in the U.S. We have designed our menus to reflect that diversity, concentrating on local flavors and neighborhood favorites.
Our beverage program includes locally brewed drafts, some of California’s finest wines and a cocktail selection, including the FDR martini —created by the former President to celebrate the end of Prohibition — to our signature pineapple mule, a locally created twist on a Moscow mule. Our chefs have created menus using local ingredients that feature small bites such as tuna poke tacos to locally inspired favorites such as the French dip. We also offer upscale fine dining options that serve up honey miso baked wild sea bass and duck confit risotto with foie gras foam. No matter what you’re craving, we have an option to satisfy it.
